Yfere technologies hosted this site to provide online access to information about Yfere and services. Yfere technologies reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any point of time without giving you prior notice.

A. Introduction

1. These terms and conditions - govern every contract made between yfere for the supply of goods and services to any person,firm or company.
2. The terms prevail over any written terms and conditions of the client.
3. Any variation to the terms must be agreed in writing by director of Yfere.
4. While starting any business transaction with business, for client information, Yfere will collect any identity proof from client and their contact details.

B. Price and payment

1. The client will pay Yfere the fixed fee or current price list charge - whichever is agreed at the time of signing off the project.
2. After receiving the invoice send by Yfere, client have to make the payment within 7 days.

C. Trademarks

You are prohibited from using any of the marks or logos appearing throughout the Site without permission from the trademark owner, except as permitted by applicable law.

D. Quotations

1. All quotations given by Yfere will be valid for 28 days from the date of quotation.
2. If the client final order changes from the original specification made for the quotation, Yfere reserves the right to change the quotation.

E. Downloading Files
Yfere cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of infection by software viruses or other harmful computer code, files or programs.

G. Password Security
If you register to become a yfere member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member identification and password information, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your member identification and password.
